Guru Nanak Jayanti in the Netherlands
Also called Gurpurab, Prakash Utsav.
Guru Nanak Jayanti is marked at the gurdwaras in the Netherlands with an Akhand Path over the preceding days, kirtan, and langar. Amsterdam, Den Haag and Rotterdam all have sangat that organises it, and the langar is open to anyone.
What families arrange separately is usually at home: a small path, karah prasad, and food for relatives who come after the gurdwara.
