Amsterdam Genie arranges celebrations in the Netherlands. This page explains what we hold about you and why.

What we collect

When you send a wish through this site, we store what you wrote, and your name and WhatsApp number if you chose to give them. We also record which package you were looking at and which link brought you here. That is all — there are no customer accounts and nothing to sign up for.

Why we hold it

So a coordinator can reply to you and arrange what you asked for. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it.

Who can see it

The partners who run Amsterdam Genie. Where arranging your day requires it — a boat operator, a caterer, a photographer — we pass on only what that supplier needs to do their part.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in touch with you and for a period afterwards for our own records. Ask us and we will delete yours.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email genieinamsterdam@gmail.com and we will handle it.
