Every package is quoted for your dates, your group and your requirements — because a proposal for two and an anniversary for twelve are not the same job.

Questions
What people actually ask.
- How much notice do you need for a proposal?
- About three days is comfortable for a private canal boat with a photographer, though it is always worth asking if your dates are tighter — we would rather tell you honestly than turn you away.
- Can you keep it a surprise?
- That is the usual arrangement. We plan the timing with you rather than with them, and the photographer knows exactly when to be invisible and when to start shooting.
- What happens if it rains?
- Amsterdam weather is a planning input, not a surprise. A saloon boat is enclosed, so a wet afternoon changes the photographs rather than the plan. Where an element genuinely cannot go ahead we arrange the nearest alternative and tell you promptly.
- When do we get the photographs?
- Edited photos come back the next day.
- Can the food be properly Jain, not just vegetarian?
- Yes. There is a difference between vegetarian and Jain, and our caterers know it — no onion, no garlic, no root vegetables, prepared to sattvik standards. Say so when you enquire and we brief the kitchen directly rather than hoping for the best.
- Do you speak Hindi?
- Yes. You will deal with one person on WhatsApp, in Hindi or English, from your first message through to the day itself.
- What does it cost, and when do I pay?
- Every celebration is quoted for your dates, your group and your requirements, so there is no fixed price list. Sending an enquiry costs nothing and there is nothing to pay to see the quote. A booking is confirmed when you accept a written quote and pay the deposit stated in it.
- How quickly will you reply?
- Usually within a few hours, and the written quote normally follows within a day.
