One source gives 11 November. Bhai Dooj usually falls two days after Lakshmi Puja, which would be 10 November. Confirm before planning around it.
Bhai Dooj closes Diwali. A sister puts a tilak on her brother's forehead, feeds him, and he gives her something. It is a small ritual and it takes ten minutes.
The difficulty here is geography rather than logistics — brother and sister are often in different countries. Families who cannot be together do the tilak over a video call and send the food separately, which is most of what we are asked to arrange for this date.
